Language and theme change presentation. They do not translate the content of your documents or change folder rules.
Classification preferences
- Review automatic classification, preview-before-classification, and scan-confirmation controls where available.
- A preview gives you a chance to check the selection before processing.
- Read the active workflow’s confirmation screen; a preference does not replace file-level errors or limits.
Split settings
PDF Split has separate analysis, confirmation, upload, and cleanup settings. Read the Split guide before enabling unattended processing or local deletion.
AI access
Workspace context and file-access controls determine the information available to the assistant where supported. Review the actual controls on your platform instead of assuming all platforms expose the same switches.
Where preferences apply
Some preferences are saved on the current browser or device. Do not assume that changing one computer changes every teammate’s settings. Workspace folder rules are configured separately.
Change one setting at a time
Try a small known document after a change, review its result, and only then use larger batches.
Preview and automatic behavior are separate
- Automatic classification controls when supported processing starts.
- Preview before classification controls the review opportunity in that workflow.
- Confirm before a Drive scan relates to scanning, not to confirming PDF page groups.
