Personal profile versus organization
Your profile identifies you. Organization details identify the shared workspace. Editing your own name does not rename the organization.
Edit your details
- Use the profile editor to change the available fields and save.
- Email changes can require confirmation; check the instructions and confirmation status.
- Use an accepted avatar format and the size limit shown by the uploader.
Sign-in and password
Password options depend on your sign-in method and current session. Follow the account flow for the method you use; a Google or Apple identity is different from a local password.
Sessions
Use the available session controls to inspect access and sign out where needed. Signing out and deleting an account are different actions.
AI data consent
Read the AI data consent explanation before withdrawing permission. Check which processing becomes unavailable and the status shown after the change.
Delete deliberately
Read the account deletion confirmation and its workspace consequences carefully. Do not use account deletion to cancel a subscription or merely leave the current screen.
Password, sign out, and delete are separate actions
- Use the password form to enter the required current or new password and confirmation; read validation errors before submitting again.
- Sign out ends access through the current session. It does not delete your account.
- Account deletion has a separate confirmation flow. Read the effects before typing its confirmation and submitting.
Withdraw AI consent
- Open the AI data consent card and read its current version and status.
- Withdrawal has its own confirmation. Wait for the result and refreshed status.
- Consent withdrawal is not the same as deleting the account or recalling previously processed data.
