Start with the overview
The Dashboard summarizes workspace activity. Use it to spot what has been processed, organized, sent, or flagged for review, then open the relevant page for details.
Today’s activity
- Processed and moved counts describe different stages of document work.
- Review items need a closer look before you treat the result as final.
- Email and failed counts summarize their own activity; they are not additional documents to add to a file total.
Read charts in context
Charts group activity into periods or statuses. Check their labels and time scope before comparing them with a lifetime count or your current billing usage. An activity count and a quota count can measure different things.
Items needing attention
Open an attention item to reach the relevant document, connection, delivery, or setup workflow. Read the specific cause and use the action provided. Refreshing the overview alone does not repair an underlying connection.
Usage and billing
Usage cards show the plan’s included capacity and consumption for supported features. Review the billing period and units. Documents, split operations, teammate seats, and sending automations are different limits.
Setup and navigation
Use setup tasks and walkthroughs when a feature is not configured. The Dashboard is a starting point; Documents, Storage, Finance, and the automation pages provide the detailed controls.
