What processing needs
Classification, extraction, splitting, and assistant features can require document content or extracted information. The selected workflow determines what is sent for processing.
Temporary access and copies
Depending on the processing path, AI Sortify may create a temporary cloud copy or temporarily enable file-link access so a provider can read a document. Removing that access does not erase a copy already received by the provider.
Processing is different from training
A statement about not training on customer data is not a promise of zero retention. Provider processing, safety monitoring, and retention depend on the service and configuration. See the privacy notice for the providers and processing purposes applicable to the app.
Consent and access controls
- Read the AI data consent information in Account before accepting or withdrawing it.
- Review the assistant access controls available on your platform.
- Withdrawing consent does not automatically undo processing that already happened.
Choose what you submit
Check that the selected document is appropriate for the workflow and the intended recipients. Use an example document without private information while learning the product.
